Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups rolled oats, master mix
1 eggs
1 cup water
Directions:
Stir all ingredients in bowl with spoon until blended.
Bake on greased hot griddle or in skillet until browned on both sides and done in middle.
To freeze pancakes: Place waxed paper between cooled pancakes and place into freezer bag (Ziplock-type). Remove as much excess air as possible and seal. Freeze.
To reheat: Place desired number of pancakes on plate. Microwave on high for 1 minute Check. If not done, turn over and heat for additional 30-60 seconds.
