Ingredients:
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1/4 cup pecans, chopped, toasted
2 tablespoons red maraschino cherries, chopped
2 tablespoons green maraschino cherries, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup M&M’s plain chocolate candy
M&M’s plain chocolate candy, chopped
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine ice cream, pecans, cherries and extracts; mix well.
Fold in M&M’s.
Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups and freeze at least 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped M&M’s.
