Ingredients:
2 cups long grain rice
1/4 cup canola oil
1 can mushrooms ( keep juice)
1 package onion soup mix
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 green bell peppers ( chopped)
1 cup celery ( chopped)
4 green onions ( chopped)
water, plus mushroom juice to equal 4 1/2 cups

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and put in a baking dish.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
When done, any cooked meat of your choice can be added.

Servings: 4

Time preparation: 5 min.

Time total: 65 min.
