Ingredients:
1/2 cup soya sauce
1/2 cup mirin
2 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
Pour into a pan, and simmer until sugar dilutes.
Let cool and keep in fridge until needed.
This has a”watery” consistency.
Heat and drizzle on your favorite meat.
