Ingredients:
2 cups mixed fruit
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 ounces butter
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
boil mixed fruit, water, sugar and butter.
put in a bowl to cool.
then mix together with flour and baking soda.
put into a greased loaf tin.
bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees.

Servings: 8

Time preparation: 10 min.

Time total: 70 min.
