Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
1/2 cup of diced green peppers
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans of undiluted celery soup
1 (2 ounce) packages dry onion soup mix
2 eggs, lightly beaten
saltine crackers, crushed and added until it holds shape
Directions:
Mix all of these except half of the can of undiluted celery soup.
when shaped, add the rest of the celery soup on top of the meat loaf.
bake at 350 for one hour then check the middle for doneness.
