Ingredients:
125 ml water ( in which corn beef has been boiled)
125 ml vinegar
4 teaspoons dry mustard
1 eggs
4 teaspoons sugar
Directions:
Mix the egg, mustard and sugar together.
Add the vinegar and beef liquor.
Heat gently without boiling.
Serve hot or cold with hot or cold corned beef.
