Ingredients:
1 small onions, chopped
1 cup uncooked rice
1/4 cup margarine
1 can sliced mushrooms, and liquid
1/2 cup roasted almonds
1 can beef consomme soup
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Brown onions in margarine.
Mix together with remaining ingredients in a shallow baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.

Servings: 4

Time total: 70 min.
