Ingredients:
1/4 cup shortening
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs, divided
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
Directions:
Cream shortening, butter,and sugar.
Beat in 1 egg and 2 egg yolks.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt.
Spread batter in a 9 x 13 pan.
Sprinkle walnuts, chocolate chips and marshmallows over batter.
Beat the two egg whites remaining until stiff. Fold in brown sugar; spread over top.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 to 40 minutes. WATCH IT.
