Ingredients:
4 carrots
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Directions:
Grate carrots, and combine in a bowl with raisins, pineapple chunks and basil.
Whisk honey, lime juice and ginger together and mix with other ingredients.

Servings: 4-6
