Ingredients:
3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, rinsed and flattened
1 cup canola oil
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons dry mustard
3 tablespoons dried parsley
2 tablespoons ground pepper
6 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
Combine all ingredients for marinade.
Marinate chicken overnight.
Grill as you usually would–7-8 minutes a side seems right.
