Ingredients:
4 cups finely shredded cabbage
1 minced small onion
1 cup shredded carrots
1 finely chopped green peppers
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds

Directions:
Mix cabbage, onion, carrots, and green pepper in bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour over vegetables.
Toss until well coated.
Chill.

Servings: 6
