Ingredients:
1 lb bulk pork sausage
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced green peppers
2 cups canned diced tomatoes
2 cups sour cream
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown together sausage, onion and green pepper.
Add tomatoes, sour cream, macaroni and seasonings.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
