Ingredients:
1/2 cup black beans
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1 dash crushed red pepper flakes
1 dash salt
1 dash black pepper
Directions:
Heat the beans and cottage cheese together on stove to the desired temperature.
pour in a bowl and season with salt, black pepper and the crushed red pepper or cayenne if you like it spicy.
