Ingredients:
2 cups watermelon, cubes
2 cups cantaloupes, cubes
2 cups honeydews, cubes
3/4 cup lime juice
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup toasted coconut

Directions:
Toss the melon cubes together in a large bowl.
Mix lime, sugar and honey.
Pour over melons.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with coconut and serve.
