Ingredients:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons sugar or 2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
1 dash salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1/4 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
1/2 tablespoon mild oil
2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Stir all ingredinets together until well combined.
Heat a griddle pan to 325-350 degrees F.
It is ready when droplets of water”dance” on the surface.
Pour about 1/3 cup batter slowly onto the griddle for each pancake.
Sprinkle some chips on top of each one.
Don’t turn until pancakes are golden on the bottom, flip and cook other side until deep golden.
Repeat with remaining batter and chips.
