Ingredients:
1 lb fennel bulbs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt & freshly ground black pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
Directions:
Wash, trim, and quarter the fennel, then finely slice it, discarding the core.
Mix lemon juice with salt and pepper, and gradually add olive oil.
Marinate fennel in this mixture for two hours.
