Ingredients:
3/4 cup dannon nonfat plain yogurt ( 6 oz.)
1/2 cup lowfat 1% low-fat milk
1 cup frozen sliced mangoes
1 teaspoon brown sugar

Directions:
Add everything together in blender.
Blend for about 30 seconds.
Makes about 2 cups, drink with a straw!
