Ingredients:
1/4 cup Butter Flavor Crisco
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups peeled and chopped apples
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cream together butter and sugar.
Add oil and eggs, mix together well.
Stir baking powder, cinnamon, and salt into the flour; add to wet mixture.
Stir in apples and vanilla extract.
Pour into 9 inch square pan.
Sprinkle with sugar and/or cinnamon if desired.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
