Ingredients:
3 large egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
14 ounces sweetened flaked coconut
Directions:
Lightly whip hip egg whites.
Add other ingredients.
Place a spoon size macaroon on baking sheet (line with parchment paper or coat with nonstick cooking spray).
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly golden in a pre-heated 350′ oven.
