Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans low-fat cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef stock
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1 1/2 cups Minute Rice
Directions:
In sauce pan bring soup, stock, and water and mushrooms to boil.
Add rice, stir and cover for 10 minutes.
