Lhassi (Indian Yoghurt Drink)

Ingredients:
2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
2 cups reduced-fat milk
8 drops rose water ( or to taste)
3/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 1/2 teaspoons caster sugar
2/3 cup cold water
ice cubes

Directions:
Put all the ingredients except ice into the blender and blend smooth. (If it’s too thick add a bit of water until it’s the consistency you want.).
Serve very cold over ice.
