Ingredients:
1 lb salmon
4 ounces breadcrumbs
1 green onions
1 clove garlic
1 lemons, juice and zest of
salt and pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and form into 4 patties.
Chill for 1 hour before grilling.
Grill or broil until hot through.
