Ingredients:
10 ounces pasta
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
1 teaspoon lemons, zest of
1 cup half-and-half
salt and pepper
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
Cook the pasta al dente.
Melt butter in a skillet with lemon juice and zest.
Let the mixture bubble for 30 seconds.
Add the half and half, salt, and pepper.
Cook the sauce until the liquid is reduced by half.
Toss with cheese and pasta and serve.
