Ingredients:
3/4 cup shortening
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup oats
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup raspberry jam
4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
4 eggs
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoon lemons, zest of

Directions:
Cream shortening and brown sugar.
Add flour, oats, and salt.
Press dough into greased 13×9 pan.
Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
Spread with jam.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour until fluffy.
Add eggs, lemon juice, and zest.
Spoon over the jam.
Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
Cool and then chill.
