Ingredients:
4 cups sliced boiled potatoes ( I use left overs)
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 teaspoons oregano
1 lemons, juice of
spray olive oil
salt & pepper

Directions:
Spray skillet add all the ingredients, brown over medium high heat.
Turn so all sides get brown& slightly crisp.
Serve hot.

Servings: 2-4

Time preparation: 5 min.

Time total: 15 min.
