Ingredients:
1 lb fresh snow peas or 1 lb thawed snow peas, cleaned,ends trimmed
2 tablespoons minced shallots
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons beef broth
Directions:
In large skillet saute snow peas and shallots in the oil for about 3 minutes.
Add basil and broth and cook for about 2 minutes.
Serve immediately.
