Ingredients:
1 -1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 medium chopped onions
1 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon sage
8 ounces cheese ( mozzarella or any other cheese you like)
1 sliced tomatoes
3/4 cup cooked macaroni
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cheese, tomato and macaroni.
Spoon 1/2 of mixture into 8″ skillet (or baking dish).
Cover with macaroni, 1/2 of cheese, tomato slices, then remaining mixture.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Top with rest of the cheese, and bake for 5 more minutes.
