Italian Sausage and Cabbage

Ingredients:
6 -8 lean hot Italian sausages
1 cabbage, cut into 8 wedges
2 cups water
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Place sausages in the bottom of a Dutch oven or casserole with a cover.
Place cabbage over sausage and add water.
Dot cabbage with butter, cover and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Servings: 4-6

Time preparation: 5 min.

Time total: 80 min.
