Ingredients:
3 lbs red potatoes
1 tablespoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 cup butter
Directions:
clean and slice or chunk potatoes.
add seasonings.
cut butter over top of potatoe.
when ready to bake; add 1 1/2 inch of water.
cover with tin foil.
bake @ 400F x 1 hr.
