Ingredients:
250 ml pineapple juice
100 ml coconut cream
crushed ice, as required
fresh pineapple, small wedge
Directions:
Blend coconut cream, pineapple juice and ice in a blender until it is frothy.
Pour into a glass.
Garnish with the pineapple wedge and serve.
