Ingredients:
1 teaspoon butter
2 cups peeled cored and sliced apples
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 dash nutmeg
Directions:
In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the fruit and cook until it begins to soften slightly, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the maple syrup and nutmeg.
Bring to a boil, then pour over pancakes or your frozen sundae.
