Ingredients:
1 cup sugar or 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
1 1/2 cups cocoa, measure after sifting
12 ounces coffee creamer, I measured it on a scale
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, I used my food processor to mix.
Store in covered container.
To make cocoa use about 1/3 cup to a mug of boiling water.
