Ingredients:
6 cups milk
1 cup white rice
4 tablespoons sugar
vanilla (optional)
cinnamon (optional)
nutmeg (optional)

Directions:
Wash rice and put into glass baking dish with milk and sugar (add vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg if desired) Bake at least 2 hours at 250-300.
Stir two or three times during cooking.
Serve hot from oven, or eat the leftovers.
