Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
4 cups water
1 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
3 medium carrots, pared and sliced
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 medium onions, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup frozen cut green beans
Directions:
In a large saucepan, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
Add the remaining ingredients EXCEPT the green beans; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes or just until the potatoes and carrots are tender.
Add the green beans.
Cover and simmer 15 more minutes or until the beans are tender.
