Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 medium onions, chopped
1 1/2 cups diced ham
1 cup shredded American cheese
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon thyme

Directions:
In 9×13 casserole dish layer 1/2 the potatoes, onion, ham, and cheese.
Repeat layers.
Mix soup, milk, and thyme.
Pour over top. Cover with foil.
Bake at 370* for 1 hour 15 minutes or until potatoes are done.
