Ingredients:
2 onions, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 lb hamburger
1 (10 ounce) cans mushroom soup
1 (10 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (10 ounce) cans water ( soup cans)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (10 ounce) cans bean sprouts
Directions:
Saute’ onions and celery in butter; add uncooked rice and ground beef. Brown.
Combine soup, water, soy sauce, pepper and bean sprouts.
Place into buttered casserole dish.
Add onion and meat mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered.
Bake, uncovered, for an additional 30 minutes.
Serve over noodles, chinese noodles or rice.
