Ingredients:
2 slices rye bread
1 tablespoon Russian salad dressing
1/2 lb smoked meat, shaved
1/2 cup sauerkraut
2 slices gouda cheese
Directions:
Heat sauerkraut;drain juice; set aside.
Microwave the meat;drain juice; set aside.
Toast rye bead. Spread with Russian dressing.
Top with warm meat, sauerkraut and cover with swiss cheese.
Put under broiler until cheese is melted.
