Grilled Peaches with Chilli

Ingredients:
4 red chilies, extremely finely chopped
4 peaches, firm
4 teaspoons brown sugar, packed

Directions:
Cut peaches into halves, place under broiler and sprinkle a little chilli and sugar over each.
Cook until the sugar dissolves and bubbles.
Serve very hot.

Servings: 2-4

Time total: 15 min.
