Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) packages sliced monterey jack cheese
2 cups sour cream
2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies, , drained
6 cups cooked long-grain rice
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 dash black pepper
Directions:
Cut jack cheese into 1/2-inch squares.
Combine with sour cream, chiles, cooked rice, and black pepper.
Top with cheddar cheese.
Place in baking dish and bake at 375 F. for about 25 minutes, or until bubbly hot.
May be frozen.
