Ingredients:
3 -4 ripe tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 cucumbers, sliced
1 red onions, thinly sliced
1 green peppers, sliced
oregano
salt and pepper
1/3 lb feta cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
olives
capers
Directions:
Toss the veggies together. Season with salt, pepper, & oregano top with feta cheese.
Pour olive oil and drizzle the vinegar.
Garnish with olives and or capers.
