Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic, chopped
salt and pepper
1 (28 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 container ricotta cheese
1/2 cup chopped onions
garlic salt
1/2 package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
1/4-1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
salt and pepper
1 eggs
lasagna noodles ( cooked)
Directions:
Brown first four ingredients.
Add tomato sauce.
Mix all ingredients for the filling in a separate bowl.
Alternate layers: Sauce, noodles, filling.
End with noodles top with sauce and cover with Mozzarella.
Cover with foil sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
