Gran's Mushrooms in Sour Cream

Ingredients:
1 onions, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 lb fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced
1 (10 ounce) cartons sour cream
1 teaspoon dill
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Saute onion in butter until transparent, add mushrooms, cook until lightly brown.
Add sour cream and seasonings.
(If too thin, add 1 tbsp flour) Cover and cook over low heat until heated through.

Servings: 4-6

Time preparation: 15 min.

Time total: 35 min.
