Ingredients:
1 slightly beaten eggs
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar

Directions:
mix all ingredients together, just until smooth.
let sit for a few minutes until batter becomes lighter cook on hot griddle (about 325 degrees) feel free to add chocolate chips, banana or whatever floats your boat!
