Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
1 teaspoon salt
12 lbs baby carrots, cooked
Directions:
In a large pot, combine the first 5 ingredients, bring to a boil over medium heat.
Boil for 5 minute stirring occassionally.
Place carrots in 2 9 x 13 baking pans; pour mixture over carrots.
Bake uncovered in 350F oven for 30 – 40 minute until heated through.
