Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups fresh green beans, stems removed
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon butter
3/4 cup water
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon grated ginger

Directions:
Saute beans in oil and butter for 5 minutes.
Add water, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Drain, toss with soy sauce and ginger.

Servings: 4

Time preparation: 5 min.

Time total: 15 min.
