Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil
5 cups quartered mushrooms, , about 1 lb
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 dash salt and black pepper
10 cloves garlic, smashed
1/2 cup no-salt-added beef broth
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick frypan coated with cooking spray over medium high heat.
Add mushrooms, crushed red pepper, garlic, and a dash of salt, saute 3 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium.
Add the broth and a dash of black pepper, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley.
