Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onions, chopped
1 garlic cloves, crushed
1 (14 ounce) cans tomatoes
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (9 ounce) packages green beans, frozen
1/2 cup uncooked rice, washed and drained
Directions:
Brown beef with onion and garlic in a large skillet with a cover.
Stir in tomatoes, water, soy sauce and pepper; bring to a boil.
Mix in green beans and rice.
Cover; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
