Ingredients:
8 ounces light cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped bell peppers ( red and green)
2 tablespoons parsley (optional)
3/4 cup salsa, medium
1/2 cup feta cheese
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
4 tortillas
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together, except tortilla shells.
Spread on shells, roll up (jelly roll style) and wrap in plastic wrap.
Put in fridge for two hours or overnight.
Cut into slices and enjoy.
