1 (8 ounce) bags dried black-eyed peas
1 cup carrots
1 cup celery
1 onions, diced
instant chicken bouillon, to taste

Directions:
cook black eyed peas as directed on bag, add carrots, celery, onion and chicken boullion to taste.
